We attempt to ship all orders within 3 business days of receiving them. Receipt of your order may take between 3 and 14 days, depending on the delivery company chosen and the final destination. Please note that Quilla Foods is open normal business hours Monday – Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next working day. Postage for orders within Australia is calculated according to the weight. Shipping for international orders is available.
Our shipping is via Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies to deliver physical goods. Deliveries are processed promptly once payment is completed. Quilla Foods is not responsible for goods that are either damaged in transit or not received. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Quilla Foods.
FREE SHIPPING
Some items have Free Shipping versions. This includes delivery to Australia wide. If you only want the one item then please select the Free Shipping version of that item.

DISCOUNTED COMBINE SHIPPING FOR COMBINED PURCHASES
Certain items are discounted compared to their Free Shipping versions. These discounted items have been created for when you wish to make multiple purchases but have a flat rate shipping rof $9. For example, instead of adding 250g Cacao Nibs Free Shipping $20.50 and 450g Chia Free Shipping $18.50 plus Free Shipping ($39 total); instead select 250g Cacao Nibs Discounted Combine Shipping $12.50 and 450g Chia Discounted Combine Shipping $9.50 plus $9 Flat Rate Shipping (Total of $31).
DELIVERY TIMES
For orders sent via courier will be left at the door if no-one is available to receive them. Alternatively you can arrange for your order to be shipped to your work address or some other business address for your convenience. We will choose the best delivery option for you and advise you of how delivery will be made and work out a solution that best suits you.
If your address is a PO Box or in the Northern Territory, your package will be sent via Australia Post.
If your address is in Melbourne, your package will be sent via Australia Post or courier.

REFUNDS
We will give a full unconditional refund on the price of any product purchased (exclusive of postage) when the product is returned to us.
Quilla Foods does handle returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods returned. Unopened goods will be refunded in full minus postage. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. Refund payments may take up to 7 business days to be received. Refunds are made at the discretion of Quilla Foods.
